Hockey class description
Hockey Level 1 -3 are 25 minute classes with a 25 minute free skate time following instruction. During the instruction time skaters will not have a stick. During the free skate time, skaters may have a stick along with a mini net and a puck. Practice time will be supervised and skaters are expected to adhere to the instructions set for safe, fun play time.
Hockey Level 4 -5 will have 20 minutes of instruction with no stick, then 20 minutes of instruction with a stick and 10 minutes after instruction for free skate time where they may play with the puck.
GOALS for our Hockey skaters is to build a strong foundation of skating skills and introduction of a hockey stick before moving onto to your school/town Hockey programs and the various clinics that can be found.
