Practice

Practice meets every: Saturday 11am to 2pm

*11-12pm - Synchronized Skating (including dance)
*12-1pm - Theater/Kaleidoskate

*1-2pm - Off ice practice with coaches

As the season progresses, the opportunity to add more events, such as Ensemble, Team Compulsories and more will depend on how the main team event programs are progressing.

Practice Expectations: Skaters

*Dressed appropriately: Leggings and fitted top and athletic jackets/team branded apparel or traditional skating dresses with fitted athletic jackets

*Hair: Pulled back tight away from face, NO loose ponytails

*Water bottles at the ice surface, not left with your skate bag.

*SNEAKERS! a must for off ice practice.

*Respect the coaches and teammates.
